For about 20€ this is a very satisfying purchase. You get a very nice looking fountain pen in full-metal construction that offers a pleasant writing experience. Definitely a recommendation from my point of view.
The pen comes in a relatively simple, slim metal box with no cartridge but an ink converter. Newcomers might see this as as disadvantage, but seasoned fountain pen users will like it, because we usually have lots of ink available. If you are a newcomer to fountain pens, then you should order some bottled ink of which there is plenty on Amazon. You can’t go wrong with inks from Parker, Pelikan or Waterman.
I opted for the fine nib, which is comparable to a Parker fine, TWSBI Medium or Pilot Medium, so the nib is more European than Asian standard.
It is definitely a good steel nib. It does have a bit of feedback, like most steel nibs, but I would say, it’s smooth and offers a very pleasant writing experience. There are no hard starts, no skipping and it doesn’t dry out too fast. The feedback is there and it is a stiff nib that does not allow much line variance, but that’s just normal for steel nibs anyway. It is not a very wet nib either, which is a plus, because it will work well even on cheaper papers, not causing and bleeding problems.
